Buyer Terms

These Buyer Terms apply when you use our Service to purchase subscription plans, premium features, or other paid offerings on Affiliateo ("Products"), and are part of our Terms of Service(including the Terms' arbitration agreement and class action waiver).
1. Payment Methods and Authorization
You may only use Affiliateo-supported payment methods. By submitting details regarding your preferred payment method to our third-party payment processors (see Section 2), you authorize our partners to securely store your payment credentials and charge your preferred method for Products, taxes, fees, and other charges in accordance with these Terms. We may request additional information to complete transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal requirements.
Each time you proceed to purchase Products via Affiliateo, you authorize our Financial Partners to debit or charge your account, as appropriate, and as displayed on the checkout page. This includes recurring transactions, when disclosed. See Section 4 for more details.
When you provide a payment method, you authorize us to charge all amounts for your orders and Service fees. If you pay by credit card, we may pre-authorize your card to verify it's valid and has sufficient funds.
If you save a payment method to your account, you authorize us to maintain it and use it for future purchases. We or our Financial Partners may receive updated payment information from your card issuer (such as new card numbers or expiration dates) to prevent service interruptions. To remove or change stored payment methods, visit your account settings.
Currency and International Transactions: All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. If you use a non-USD payment method, your card issuer or payment processor may charge currency conversion fees and foreign transaction fees, which are not controlled by us. Exchange rates are determined by your payment processor at the time of transaction.
2. Third-Party Payment Processors
We use third-party payment processors (including Stripe) to facilitate transactions. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for processor errors or failures. If a processor rejects or reverses a transaction, we may suspend or terminate your Product access.
3. Fees and Pricing
Product Pricing
Affiliateo determines the prices for its subscription plans and premium features. When you purchase a Product, you'll see the total price including any applicable fees and taxes, if applicable, before completing your purchase.
Service Fees
We may charge service fees and transaction fees for use of the Service, including fees on affiliate commission payouts. If applicable, you'll have a chance to review and accept all fees before paying. All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in these Terms. We may change our service fees at any time with advance notice, although you will also see applicable fees prior to your next transaction.
Promotions
We may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes, subject to specific terms, restrictions, and expiration dates. Unless a promotion is offered directly to you, it doesn't apply to your purchases. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and have no cash value. All promotions are subject to applicable law.
4. Subscription Products
Affiliateo's paid plans charge you automatically each billing period ("Subscription Products"). Your subscription starts on your first purchase date (your "Subscription Billing Date") and continues for the period specified at purchase (monthly or annual).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate them. When you activate a subscription, you authorize us to save your payment method and charge it each billing period until you cancel.
You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your paid period.
5. Free Trials
Some Products may offer free trial periods. When you start a free trial, you must provide a valid payment method. You will not be charged during the trial period, but you authorize us to charge your payment method when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
Free trials that you do not cancel automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Some free trials may be limited to one per person, household, or payment method. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny free trials if we suspect abuse or fraud.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may, subject to applicable law and network rules:
- •Retry using the same payment method;
- •Charge a backup payment method if you've added one;
- •Request an alternative payment method;
- •Suspend or terminate your Product access if payment can't be completed.
For subscriptions, we may continue attempting payment until you cancel. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts. Continued payment failures may result in subscription cancellation or account suspension.
7. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at support@affiliateo.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We'll review each case individually and decide whether to approve or deny the refund based on the circumstances and whether the Service has been substantially used.
If we approve your refund, you'll receive the money back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer product exchanges — refunds only.
Refunds are generally not available once you have actively used platform features during the billing period. Subscription cancellations are not refunds — when you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not be charged again.
8. Changes to Products and Pricing
Price Changes
We may change subscription fees for future billing periods with advance notice. If you don't agree to a price increase, cancel before the increase takes effect. Price changes apply starting with your next billing period.
Product Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue Products, features, or plan tiers at any time. If we discontinue a subscription plan you've purchased, it continues through your current paid period but may not renew. We will provide advance notice of any significant changes to plan features or functionality.
9. License to Use the Service
When you purchase a subscription plan or access premium features on Affiliateo, you are not buying ownership of the Service or its underlying technology. Instead, you are purchasing a limited license to access and use the platform's tools and features.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and our Terms of Service, NGSMEDIA LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your own business purposes. This means you can access and use the platform for your affiliate marketing operations, but you cannot grant access to others, sublicense your access, or transfer your subscription to another account.
10. Prohibited Purchases
You agree not to:
- •Purchase Products using payment methods you don't own or aren't authorized to use
- •Provide false payment or billing information
- •Purchase Products for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
- •Violate anyone else's rights or break any laws through your use of purchased Products
- •Abuse promotional offers, coupon codes, or free trials through multiple accounts or fraudulent means
11. Gifting and Transfers
You may not gift, transfer, or share your subscription access with other users. You may not transfer purchases, access rights, or account benefits to another account. All purchases are tied to the purchasing account and are non-transferable.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Buyer Terms, our Terms of Service, engage in fraud, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect Affiliateo or other users. We may also suspend or terminate your account to investigate potential violations.
Account Suspension
If your account is suspended, your access to purchased Products and platform features will be suspended during the suspension period. If your account is restored, access to your purchases will be restored.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated by us for violating these Terms, you will lose access to all purchased Products and will not receive refunds. If you voluntarily close your account, you will lose access to all purchases at the end of your current billing period.
13. Payment Disputes
Please contact us at support@affiliateo.com before filing a bank dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving payment issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and additional fees. We will work with you and our Financial Partners to resolve any legitimate payment disputes.
