How refunds work on Affiliateo.

Refund policy

All purchases on Affiliateo are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original payment date. Only full refunds are supported, partial refunds are not available.

After 30 days, the refund window closes and the payment becomes non-refundable.

How to request a refund (buyer)

If you purchased something and want a refund, you have two options:

  1. Go to Settings → Orders, find the payment, click the "..." menu, and select Request Refund.
  2. Open the payment detail page and click the Refund button directly.

How to process a refund (seller)

As a seller, you can issue refunds from your business dashboard:

  1. Go to the Payments tab, find the payment, click the "..." menu, and select Refund.
  2. Or open the payment detail page and click the Refund button.

What happens when a refund is issued

When a refund is processed, several things happen automatically:

Buyer

The full amount is returned to the original payment method. This typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Seller

Your balance is debited for the amount that was originally credited from the sale.

Membership

If the purchase included a membership, it is revoked immediately on full refund.

Subscription

Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically when a refund is issued.

Affiliate commission

If the sale had an affiliate commission and the funds are still within the hold period, the commission is reversed automatically.

Free products

Refunds are not available for free products since no payment was charged. If you want to revoke access to a free product, you can remove the member directly from your business dashboard.
