Digital Products
Create and sell digital products that generate recurring revenue.
A digital product has no marginal cost, which sounds like the whole argument until you try to sell one. The real constraint is not manufacturing, it is distribution and trust: anyone can publish a template, buyers know it, so the product has to earn belief before it earns money.
These guides deal with both halves. On the making side: writing an ebook people finish, building Canva and Notion templates people actually use, recording tutorial videos without a studio, and packaging information products so the value is obvious from the sales page alone. On the selling side: pricing that reflects outcome rather than page count, launch sequences that do not depend on having a large list, and the platforms worth building on versus the ones that will take a cut of everything forever.
There is also a recurring theme worth naming up front. One-off digital sales are a treadmill, and most creators who make real money from digital products eventually attach something recurring to them, a membership, an update subscription, or an affiliate program that keeps other people selling while you sleep. Several posts here cover how that transition works in practice.
